Molly Maidman is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Antitrust & Competition Practice.
Molly advises clients across industries on antitrust matters, including litigation, government investigations, and merger review. She has extensive experience helping clients navigate complex antitrust litigation matters — including class actions and multidistrict litigations — involving claims of:
- Monopolization
- Price-fixing
- Bid-rigging
- Information-sharing
- Violations of state antitrust and unfair competition laws
She also has experience representing companies facing complex merger reviews, including helping companies navigate second requests before US regulators.
Molly received her JD from Boston University School of Law, where she served as an articles editor on the American Journal of Law and Medicine.
Molly has prior experience in both the private and public sector. While in law school, she served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Frank J. Bailey in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts. Prior to law school, Molly worked as a Victim Witness Advocate in the Child Protection Unit of the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office, assisting with the investigation and prosecution of child physical and sexual abuse cases.
Prior to joining Latham, Molly was an associate at another major law firm.
