Molly Harding is an associate in the Houston office of Latham & Watkins.

Ms. Harding advises clients in all stages of tax controversies.

Before joining Latham, Ms. Harding served as a law clerk to Judge Kathleen Kerrigan of the United States Tax Court. Prior to completing her clerkship, Ms. Harding earned an LLM in taxation from Georgetown University Law Center where she was a member of the LLM Tax Council.

While attending the University of Texas School of Law, Ms. Harding served as the director of submissions for the Texas Journal of Women and the Law, and was a member of the Women’s Law Caucus. Prior to law school, Ms. Harding graduated magna cum laude from the University of Georgia with a BS in Biology.

Ms. Harding is admitted to practice in the United States Tax Court, Georgia, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia.
