Molly O’Malley Clarke is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Litigation and Trial Department. Ms. Clarke also serves on the firm’s Training and Career Enhancement Committee.

Ms. Clarke represents clients in government and internal investigations and enforcement matters spanning privacy, cybersecurity, white collar, and related consumer protection issues. She also advises public and private organizations on regulatory risks and compliance issues relating to privacy and cybersecurity, including compliance program design.

Prior to joining Latham, Ms. Clarke was an associate at another global law firm in its New York and Washington D.C. offices and served as a law clerk to Judge Joseph F. Bianco on the US District Court for the Eastern District of New York and US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.

While in law school, Ms. Clarke was an editor of the Georgetown Law Journal and served as a legal intern in the US Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia (National Security Section) and the National Security Division of the US Department of Justice.
