Moksh Gudala is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.
He represents clients on a broad range of matters, including complex commercial litigation, merger disputes, and white-collar internal investigations.
Moksh also maintains an active pro bono practice, primarily focusing on immigration justice and housing justice.
Prior to joining the firm full-time, Moksh was a summer associate in the New York and Washington, D.C. offices. Previously, he worked at the United States Securities & Exchange Commission.
Moksh earned his JD from Duke University School of Law. While in law school, Moksh was an executive editor of the Duke Journal of Constitutional Law and Public Policy, served as President of Duke Law’s South Asian Law Students Association, and held leadership roles in Duke Law’s Moot Court and Mock Trial Boards. He also participated in the Duke University School of Law Appellate Litigation Clinic, where the student team secured its client’s victory in the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.
