Mohammed draws on extensive banking law experience to structure, negotiate, and administer a wide spectrum of financial transactions.
He advises private credit funds, arrangers, administrative agents, insurers, and corporate borrowers on acquisition and working capital facilities, direct lending and other private credit, asset-based lending, bridge and backstop commitments, and term loan B transactions. His practice spans domestic and cross-border matters, including deals with multi-currency and multi-jurisdictional collateral.
Mohammed was previously a partner in the banking group of another leading international law firm.
