Miranda Floyd supports the firm with respect to interpreting rules of ethics and professional conduct, as well as identifying and resolving ethical conflicts and business conflicts of interest.

Ms. Floyd leverages more than 20 years of legal experience and an attention to detail drawn from her academic background in library science to provide conflicts of interest guidance for new business matters, lateral clearances, and firm engagement terms. Prior to joining Latham’s Office of the General Counsel, she worked as a conflicts attorney at an international law firm, and as a Civil Assistant State’s Attorney in Peoria, Illinois.
