Henry Kim represents investment banks, commercial banks, and direct lenders on leverage finance transaction, including refinancing, repricing, and incremental facilities. He advises clients on a variety of transactions within healthcare, software technology, and life science.
Henry maintains an active pro bono practice, representing an educational NGO, victims of domestic violence, and immigrant juveniles for immigration purposes.
Prior to joining the firm, Henry worked as a corporate associate at an international law firm in Seoul, South Korea. He also served in the military as a Captain for the Judge Advocate General Corps in South Korea.
