    Profile

    Henry Kim represents investment banks, commercial banks, and direct lenders on leverage finance transaction, including refinancing, repricing, and incremental facilities. He advises clients on a variety of transactions within healthcare, software technology, and life science.

    Henry maintains an active pro bono practice, representing an educational NGO, victims of domestic violence, and immigrant juveniles for immigration purposes.

    Prior to joining the firm, Henry worked as a corporate associate at an international law firm in Seoul, South Korea. He also served in the military as a Captain for the Judge Advocate General Corps in South Korea.

    Henry’s experience includes advising:

    • Apollo Global Management on the US$950 million term loan facility and revolving credit facility for QBS Parent, Inc., refinancing existing debt
    • Barclays Bank on the US$545 million term loan and revolving credit facilities in connection with the acquisition financing by PSG Equity L.L.C. of Litmus Software, Inc.
    • Bank of America on the refinancing of a US$225 million term loan and revolving credit facility for Definitive Healthcare Holdings, LLC, a company that designs and develops software solutions
    • JP Morgan on the US$415 million term loan and revolving credit facilities for Donnelley Financial Solutions Inc., a financial compliance company based in the USA
    • JP Morgan on the US$600 million term loan and revolving credit facility in connection with the acquisition financing of Computing Technology Industry Association, Inc. by H.I.G. Capital
