Milan Szvatko is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and is a member of the Structured Finance Practice.

Milan advises clients on securitization, asset-backed securities, asset-backed lending, and other structured finance transactions across a variety of asset classes.

Prior to joining Latham, Milan trained in the London office of an international law firm. During this time, Milan completed a secondment in the Private Wealth Management department of Goldman Sachs International.

Milan’s experience includes advising:

  • The underwriters on Yondr Group's inaugural £532 million issuance of securitized term notes
  • Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC in relation to Nscale’s US$1.4 billion delayed draw term loan backed by GPU cluster deployments located in Norway, Portugal, Iceland, and the UK
