Michael Chambers advises companies, investors, and lenders in a variety of capital-raising transactions. He formerly served as Global Vice Chair of the firm’s Corporate Department.

A prolific dealmaker, Michael has navigated hundreds of transactions in all stages of a company’s growth, raising more than US$150 billion on clients’ behalf. With a keen understanding of market practice, he advises an impressive roster of companies, private equity funds, investment banks, and other institutional debt and equity investors in successive transactions across the business life cycle.

He also draws on his decades of experience to provide boards and management teams with a strategic corporate perspective and insight on raising capital at every point in the market cycle.
