Meredith Cusick is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins. Prior to joining Latham full-time, Ms. Cusick was a law clerk for Judge Brian M. Cogan in the US District Court for the Eastern District of New York.

While attending Fordham University School of Law, Ms. Cusick served as a senior articles editor for the Fordham Law Review, in which she published “Mens Rea and Methamphetamine: High Time for a Modern Doctrine Acknowledging the Neuroscience of Addiction.” During law school, Ms. Cusick interned for Judge Cathy Seibel in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York.

Prior to law school, Ms. Cusick earned her MS from Georgetown University.
