Meredith Cusick is a litigation and trial associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.

Ms. Cusick represents a range of clients in the financial, private equity, technology, and biopharmaceutical sectors in an array of complex commercial litigations and disputes.

Prior to joining Latham, Ms. Cusick was a law clerk for Judge Brian M. Cogan in the US District Court for the Eastern District of New York.

Ms. Cusick sits on the firm’s Associate Committee, maintains an active pro bono practice, and received the 2020 Robert M. Dell Prize for Extraordinary Pro Bono Service.

Ms. Cusick received her JD from Fordham University School of Law, her MS from Georgetown University, and her BS from University of Rochester.

While in law school, Ms. Cusick served as a senior articles editor for the Fordham Law Review and interned for Judge Cathy Seibel in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York.
