Melanie Walker supports the firm with respect to interpreting rules of ethics and professional conduct, as well as identifying and resolving ethical conflicts and business conflicts of interest.
Ms. Walker brings a multi-jurisdictional approach to her work, drawing on her legal education in both France and the US, and her time resident in Latham’s Hong Kong office. She led the expansion of the firm’s “follow the sun” model for the conflicts team by establishing Latham’s Hong Kong-based conflicts team.
