Megan Warren is an associate in the San Francisco office of Latham & Watkins.
Megan earned her JD from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, where she served as the co-president of the Native American Law Students Association and a project leader for the Native American Legal Assistance Project.
In law school, Megan was a clinical student in the Environmental Law Clinic, where she advocated for upholding the US trust responsibility with Tribal nations and recognition of Tribal jurisdictional authority over trust lands.
Prior to joining Latham, Megan interned at the United Nations Permanent Forum on Indigenous Issues and worked for the Alaska State Legislature in Juneau, Alaska.
