Medha Vikram is an associate in the Finance Department of the London office of Latham & Watkins. Ms. Vikram's practice focuses on general banking and acquisition finance. Prior to joining Latham, she completed a training contact at a leading international law firm where she gained experience working for corporates and financial institutions.

 

Ms. Vikram's recent experience includes advising:

  • Natixis on the US$100 million prepayment finance facility being extended by a consortium of lenders with Natixis as arranger to Cocoa Touton Processing Company Ghana in relation to its processing and storage business and subsequent amendments and restatements of the said facility*
  • BNP Paribas on provision of working capital facilities to corporate borrowers in emerging markets*
  • Lonmin plc on the restructuring and refinancing of its US$400 million and ZAR banking facilities ahead of the successful 2015 rescue rights issue*
  • A private equity fund on refinancing of its working capital debt facilities*
