Medha Vikram is an associate in the Finance Department of the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Banking & Private Credit Practice. Her practice focuses on general banking and acquisition finance, with a particular emphasis on representing private credit funds on complex cross border financings.

Medha has been seconded to the Private Financing Solutions team at HPS Investment Partners. She has also served on the firm’s Training and Career Enhancement Committee and as a global leader of the Asian and Middle Eastern Lawyers Group.

Representative experience includes advising:

  • The lenders on the €1.5 billion financing for the SumUp group
  • The lenders in connection with a minority investment in the Aston Martin Aramco Formula One Team
  • The lenders in connection with the acquisition by Investindustrial of the Ourvita Group
  • The lenders in connection with the acquisition by Perwyn of Miss Group
  • The mandated lead arrangers on the £1.6 billion term loan B and high yield bonds for Motor Fuel Group’s acquisition of 340 petrol forecourts from Morrisons
  • The lenders on a circa £1 billion financing for the acquisition of a majority stake by Stonepeak and Energy Equation Partners in the JET fuel stations group
  • The subscribers in connection with the acquisition by BC Partners of Biogaran
  • The lenders on a £530 million financing in connection with the acquisition by Bridgepoint of Axplora
  • The lenders in connection with the acquisition by EQT of the Trescal group
  • Various investment banks and financial institutions in connection with commitment papers and bid processes for several European top tier sponsor led acquisition debt financings
