Medha Marathe is an associate in the Corporate Department of Latham & Watkins’ London office. She advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and general corporate matters.

Ms. Marathe is a dual-qualified lawyer and has several years of experience handling complex public and private mergers and acquisitions transactions in India. Prior to joining Latham, Ms. Marathe worked as a partner in the corporate department of a leading law firm in India and has been recognized as a notable practitioner by IFLR1000.
