Maya Rahwanji is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.

Ms. Rahwanji represents public and private companies and strategic investors on a wide range of transactions, including public and private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and minority investments, and general corporate matters, across a variety of industries.

Ms. Rahwanji serves on Latham’s Women Lawyer Group as a local co-leader in the New York office and maintains an active pro bono practice, representing individuals seeking asylum and low-income individuals seeking benefits and other assistance.

While attending Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, Ms. Rahwanji served as the managing editor for the Journal of International Law and Business.

Ms. Rahwanji’s experience includes advising:
