Matthew Mahre works with the global team responsible for the firm’s business intake procedures and supports all Latham offices with respect to associated compliance and risk management issues.
Prior to joining Latham’s Office of the General Counsel, Matthew worked for the firm’s Technology Department as part of the Information Governance group. Before that, Matthew worked as a commercial contract attorney for technology companies.
