Matthew Conway is a partner in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins.
Mr. Conway's practice focuses on executive compensation and employee benefit matters in corporate transactions. He also advises public and private companies, private equity sponsors, and executives in the negotiation of employment and separation agreements and the design, implementation, and disclosure of deferred compensation, retention, and equity and other incentive programs, with particular experience in the technology and life sciences industries. Mr. Conway is a contributing author to the "Section 409A Handbook," published by BNA Bloomberg.
Mr. Conway received his BA in economics from the University of Virginia and his JD from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he served on the Editorial Board of the Virginia Law and Business Review.
