Matthew (Matt) Dwelle is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.
Matt advises public and private companies, private equity firms, and investment banks on a broad range of capital markets transactions, including equity offerings, high-yield and investment-grade debt offerings, and liability management transactions. Matt also counsels clients on general corporate and securities law matters, including public company reporting obligations.
Matt received his JD from Columbia Law School, where he served as the Head Articles Editor of the Columbia Journal of Transnational Law.
