Matt Balich is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Litigation & Trial Department.
Matt represents clients in a variety of disputes, including antitrust litigation, complex commercial litigation, government investigations, and merger clearance matters.
Prior to joining Latham, Matt clerked for Judge Carol Bagley Amon of the US District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
Before law school, he served as a US Naval Surface Warfare Officer, leading sailors and managing operations during active duty service.
