Mary Tursi is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Corporate Department.
Mary advises public companies, private equity funds, and large stockholders on securities reporting requirements, with a focus on beneficial ownership disclosure. She also advises clients on public company reporting, corporate governance, and general corporate matters. Mary maintains an active pro bono practice, including on asylum matters.
Mary received her JD from the University of Richmond School of Law, where she graduated first in her class. While in law school, Mary served as an editor for the University of Richmond Law Review, and she externed for the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond.
