Mary Triplett is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.

She represents clients on a broad range of matters, including complex commercial litigation and white-collar internal investigations. Mary also maintains an active pro bono practice, representing multiple clients in their asylum cases.

Prior to joining Latham full-time, Mary clerked for Judge William F. Kuntz, II in the Eastern District of New York.

Mary earned her JD from the University of Virginia School of Law. While in law school, Mary served as an articles editor for the Virginia Law Review. Mary also participated in the Appellate Litigation Clinic, where she argued her case before the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.
