Mary Kline is a corporate associate in the Austin office of Latham & Watkins.

Mrs. Kline represents public and private companies, private equity investors, and venture funds in a range of complex transactions and matters, including financings, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets offerings.

Mrs. Kline maintains an active pro bono practice, representing individuals with disabilities and non-profit organizations.

While attending law school, Mrs. Kline participated in the Supreme Court Clinic, the Disability Rights Clinic, and the Jon Brumley Texas Venture Labs Practicum. She was the editor in chief of Volume 42 of The Review of Litigation and a teaching quizmaster for first-year legal writing courses.

Prior to joining Latham full-time, Mrs. Kline was a summer associate in Latham’s Houston office.
