Mary-Grace Oludoyi is an associate in the Financial Regulatory Practice in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Financial Institutions Industry Group.

Mary-Grace’s practice covers a range of financial services regulatory advice, in both an advisory and transactional context. Mary-Grace has experience advising a range of financial institutions and market infrastructure providers on a variety of legal and regulatory risk management matters, including:

  • Corporate governance and SMCR

Prior to joining Latham in 2026, Mary-Grace was a trainee solicitor at a leading UK law firm, gaining experience in financial services regulation, structured finance, and data and technology transactions and regulation. She also served as a committee member of the firm’s Black Lawyers Network.

Mary-Grace also completed a secondment at one of Europe’s leading private equity firms, advising on regulatory, compliance, and fund matters in a transactional context.

  • A global investment bank on regulatory and licensing matters relating to its capital introduction services*
  • An institutional futures and options clearing firm on its Senior Managers and Certification Regime obligations

  • A global investment platform on EU fund marketing notifications for a new decarbonization fund, including SFDR disclosures*
  • The alternative assets arm of a global investment bank on regulatory disclosures for the launch and fundraising of a new staff co-investment vehicle*
