Mary Alice Casale

Knowledge Management Lawyer

Mary Casale is a knowledge management lawyer in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Global Antitrust & Competition Practice.

Mary has extensive experience in all areas of antitrust and competition law. She has advised clients in a variety of industries on all stages of US merger investigations, HSR filings, conduct investigations, and antitrust compliance and counseling. This included representing clients in proceedings before the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), Department of Justice (DOJ), and US federal courts.

Prior to becoming a knowledge management lawyer, Mary was an associate in Latham’s Global Antitrust & Competition Practice for over four years. Before joining Latham, Mary spent more than four years as an attorney at the FTC in the Bureau of Competition. She worked on major merger and conduct investigations in a variety of industries, including oil and gas, manufacturing, and technology in Mergers III and the Technology Enforcement Division.
