Martin Levy is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Project Development & Finance Practice.

Martin advises a variety of financial institutions, sponsors, and developers in connection with the development and financing of energy and infrastructure projects.

Prior to joining Latham, Martin was an associate at another leading global law firm, where he advised clients on energy and industrial policy issues, including infrastructure-focused government grants and contracts. Martin also served as a law clerk at the Eastern District of New York.
