Associate
Mattie Brau is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Capital Markets and Public Company Representation Practices.
Mattie advises clients on corporate transactions, including issuers and initial purchasers in connection with securities offerings.
Prior to joining the firm, Mattie received her law degree from the University of Texas School of Law, where she served as an editor of the Texas Journal of Oil, Gas, and Energy Law. While in law school, Mattie also participated in the Human Rights Clinic.
Prior to law school, Mattie earned her BBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin.
Mattie maintains an active pro bono practice, primarily assisting individuals seeking asylum, survivors of intimate partner violence, and other human rights-focused causes.
