Marissa Perry is an associate in the Chicago office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Litigation & Trial Department.

Ms. Perry counsels clients in securities class actions and other complex commercial lawsuits in federal and state court. She also represents corporate clients in internal and government investigations.

Ms. Perry maintains an active pro bono practice and has represented survivors of sex trafficking and domestic violence.

Prior to joining Latham, Ms. Perry was an associate at an international law firm and clerked for Judge Diana E. Murphy of the US Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. While in law school, Ms. Perry was a contributing editor to the Michigan Law Review.
