Claire Plecha is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins. Prior to joining the firm full-time, Claire was a summer associate in the New York office.
Claire earned her JD from Emory University School of Law, where she was an editor for the Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal. While in law school, Claire served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Patrick J. Bumatay of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Prior to law school, Claire worked in campaign finance, real estate development, and retail real estate. She graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a BA in Classical Civilization.
