Marguerite (Molly) Mitchell is a corporate associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.
Molly represents public and private companies, private equity firms, and investment banks in a broad range of complex transactions, including equity offerings, high-yield and investment-grade debt offerings, and liability management transactions. Molly also counsels companies on general corporate and securities matters, including public reporting obligations.
Molly received her JD from Wake Forest University School of Law. During law school, Molly served as a notes and comments editor on the Wake Forest Law Review, in which she authored a comment on officer exculpation in Delaware titled “Closing Delaware’s Liability Donut Hole: Section 102(b)(7) Protection is Extended to Corporate Officers.” Molly also served as the Problem Chair on the Wake Forest Transactional Law Competition board.
Prior to joining Latham full-time, Molly was a summer associate in the Washington, D.C. office.
