Margaret Cohen's practice focuses on a range of antitrust issues, including merger control, government investigations brought by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and Department of Justice (DOJ), and litigation matters.

Margaret advises clients across a number of industries, including technology, retail and industrial products and services, media and entertainment, life sciences, and healthcare.

While earning her JD from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, she was an editor-in-chief of the Journal of Law and Public Affairs, a board member of the Penn Law Women’s Association, a board member of the Penn Law Antitrust Association, and a teaching associate. Margaret also externed for a judge at the Delaware Court of Chancery. Prior to law school, she was a paralegal specialist at the US DOJ in the Antitrust Division.
