    • EQT on its acquisition of a majority stake in Waga Energy and launch of a mandatory tender offer for 100% of the target*
    • GlentraCapital on the French corporate aspects of its acquisition of DVP Solar Worldwide from Everwood*
    • Eiffage on its acquisition of EQOS, a major European player in the energy infrastructure market, from a company owned by the investment fund Triton*
    • A leading financial investor in connection with the potential acquisition of a minority stake in an important dealer of a high-speed rail in France*
    • Merck, a leading science and technology company, on its acquisition of the entire Unity-SC Group, provider of metrology and inspection instrumentation for the semiconductor industry*
    • Founders of JV Management on their sale of JV Management Group, specializing in consultancy, engineering, distribution, installation, and maintenance of industrial and semi-industrial equipment for the agri-food sector, to FrenchFood Capital*
