Manu Vadlamudi

Manu Vadlamudi is a corporate associate in the Austin office of Latham & Watkins.

Mr. Vadlamudi advises clients on a range of complex corporate transactions, including capital markets offerings, startup and emerging company financings, and mergers and acquisitions.

While attending law school at The University of Texas, Mr. Vadlamudi worked as a research assistant for a corporate law professor and as an intern for a federal magistrate judge.
