Manu Vadlamudi

Manu Vadlamudi is a corporate associate in the Austin office of Latham & Watkins.

Mr. Vadlamudi regularly advises clients on a range of complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, reorganizations, and general corporate matters. He has broad experience with public and private companies and investors in the technology, energy, and infrastructure industries.
