Mairin McQueen is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Litigation and Trial Department.
Ms. McQueen earned her JD from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law. While attending law school, Ms. McQueen represented USC in the American Bar Association’s 2023 National Appellate Advocacy Competition. She was a member of USC’s International Human Rights Law Clinic and the Hale Moot Court Honors Program. She also served as president of USC’s chapters of the American Constitution Society and National Lawyers Guild.
