Associate
Madeleine Keach is an associate in the San Diego office of Latham & Watkins.
Ms. Keach represents public and private companies in mergers, acquisitions, public offerings, and other corporate matters.
Ms. Keach received her law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she attended as a Karsh-Dillard Scholar. While attending law school, Ms. Keach was an editor on the board of the Virginia Environmental Law journal and completed externships with the University of Virginia Office of the General Counsel and an immigration non-profit.
