Maddy Berg is an associate in the Boston office of Latham & Watkins.

Maddy represents public and private companies and private equity firms in mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance matters. 

While attending law school, Maddy served as the Executive Notes Editor of the Columbia Law Review and was recognized as a James Kent Scholar and a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. Prior to law school, Maddy was a four-year member of Harvard’s Varsity Division I women’s rowing team.
