Lucy McEvoy is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins

Ms. McEvoy’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, reorganizations, and general corporate matters. 

Prior to joining Latham, Ms. McEvoy worked in the corporate transactions and advisory group of a major Irish law firm based in Dublin.

Ms. McEvoy maintains an active pro bono practice, including providing transactional legal advice to charities in partnership with TrustLaw, negotiating contracts on behalf of Cancer Research UK, and providing remote support to capital defenders in the US.

  • Cadence Design Systems on its acquisition of Pulsic, a UK-based electronic design automation company

  • A global food biotechnology corporation on its acquisition of a medical nutrition company* 
  • A Luxembourg private equity fund on its acquisition of an alternative investment fund manager*
