Lucas Baker is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins.

Lucas represents clients on a range of transactional matters.

Lucas maintains an active pro bono practice, representing veterans with disabilities, and various non-profit organizations.

While in law school, Lucas served as president of the Georgetown Military Law Society and as an editor on the Georgetown Journal of Law & Public Policy. Lucas received his bachelor’s degree from Drake University where he graduated summa cum laude.

Prior to his legal career, Lucas served as an infantry officer in the US Army.
