Lois Pickering is an associate in the Dubai office of Latham & Watkins, having previously worked for a Magic Circle firm in its Dubai office.

Ms. Pickering has advised on some of the most significant capital markets transactions in the Middle East, advising regional issuers (including the region’s largest corporates and banks) as well as international investment banks on a wide range of conventional and Islamic-compliant capital markets offerings.
