    Elisabeth (Lisa) Martin is a partner in the Boston office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Capital Markets and Public Company Representation Practices.

    Ms. Martin advises clients on capital markets transactions and securities and corporate law matters. Her capital markets experience includes representing public and private companies, underwriters, and private equity firms in a wide variety of transactions, including:

    • Initial public offerings
    • Registered debt and equity offerings
    • Private placements
    • High yield debt offerings
    • Tender offers and exchange offers
    • Consent solicitations

    Ms. Martin also regularly advises public companies on securities law, disclosure, and corporate governance matters.

    Ms. Martin serves as chair of Latham’s Women Enriching Business (WEB) Committee in Boston.
