Lindsey Sugimoto is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins, a member of the Litigation & Trial Department, and a member of the firm’s Diversity Leadership Committee.
Ms. Sugimoto received her JD in 2019 from University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, where she received the American Jurisprudence Award in Constitutional Law and the Prosser Prize in Business Associations. While at Berkeley, she was a member of the Moot Court team and an editor for the Asian American Law Journal and the Berkeley Business Law Journal. Upon graduation, Ms. Sugimoto was elected to the Order of the Coif.
Prior to joining Latham full-time, Ms. Sugimoto was a summer associate in the Los Angeles office. She also interned for a semester at the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Ms. Sugimoto is active in the firm’s pro bono program and serves as the pro bono co-liaison for Bet Tzedek Legal Services, a nonprofit law firm in Los Angeles.
