Linda Puertas supports the firm by managing lateral partners’ and counsels’ processes for conflicts of interest, from recruiting through onboarding and opening new business.
Before joining Latham’s Office of the General Counsel, Ms. Puertas worked as an appellate attorney, litigator, law school professor and administrator, and federal judicial clerk for Judge Christina A. Snyder of the US District Court for the Central District of California from 2006-2007.
