Linda Inscoe retired from the partnership in December 2022. Former Global Co-Chair of the Employment Law Practice, she advised clients on complex employment law matters related to their ongoing business and strategic transactions.

Ms. Inscoe has represented clients at all stages of the business lifecycle, from emerging companies to global market leaders. She has handled clients’ needs in the areas of compliance, pre-litigation counseling and employee management, as well as employment diligence aspects of transactions.

She has drawn on extensive experience as a litigator to guide her clients to pre-dispute and other early resolutions. She has frequently published thought leadership on current employment topics. As a key member of transaction teams, she assessed the risk of pending litigation and provided guidance on compliance and strategic employment decisions.
