Lilian Dube is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Capital Markets Practice. She advises issuers, underwriters, and other market participants on equity and debt securities offerings.
Lilian earned her JD from Stanford Law School where she was a Franke Fellow in Global Business Law. Before law school, Lilian worked in consulting in Scandinavia and at an asset management firm in New York. She was previously registered as a broker and investment advisor with FINRA.
