Liem-Lucas Nguyen is a corporate associate in the Houston office of Latham & Watkins who represents a range of clients in public and private M&A matters and other strategic corporate transactions across various industries.
Before practicing law, Lucas worked as an analyst covering upstream energy companies for a leading energy analytics and research company.
Lucas earned his law degree from Columbia Law School, where he served as a research assistant for notable corporate law scholars and as a teaching assistant for criminal law and legal writing. He earned his undergraduate degree in finance from the University of Calgary.
