Lia Kampmann is a member of the firm’s White Collar Defense & Investigations Practice and Litigation & Trial Department.

Ms. Kampmann advises clients on allegations of healthcare fraud and abuse, as well as internal investigations, government investigations, self-disclosures, and litigation arising under the False Claims Act, Federal Anti-Kickback Statute, and Stark Law.

Ms. Kampmann maintains an active pro bono practice. Her work includes advocating for protections under the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) and assisting individuals impacted by domestic violence.

Prior to joining Latham & Watkins, Ms. Kampmann clerked at the Hamburg Court of Appeals and the Public Prosecutor’s Office. Ms. Kampmann is admitted to practice law in California and Germany.
