Leticia Salazar is a member of the firm’s Litigation & Trial Department and advises clients in white-collar defense and investigations, as well as in complex commercial and securities litigation.
Leticia also counsels clients on compliance with, and investigations related to, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and other domestic anti-corruption laws. Additionally, Leticia maintains an active pro bono practice.
Leticia began her career at the firm, where she was previously a Summer Associate before joining full-time after graduation. Prior to rejoining Latham, Leticia served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Rudolph Contreras of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. During law school, Leticia was an Inaugural Fellow for the First Generation Professionals Fellowship and the Editor-in-Chief of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review.
