Lene Malthasen

Lene Malthasen retired from the partnership in May 2021. She advised primarily on debt capital markets, acting for underwriters, issuers, and trustees on debt issuances; MTN and ECP programs; convertible, exchangeable, subordinated, high-yield, and cross-over bonds, as well as sovereign and municipal bonds and tender offers; consent solicitations; and bond restructurings. She has considerable experience in listing securities across Europe as well as advising on securities law and regulatory matters.

In addition, Lene Malthasen served in a management role at the firm as a member of the Global Opinion Committee, the Ethics Committee, and the Equal Employment Opportunity Board.
