Lemay Diaz is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Litigation & Trial Department.

Mr. Diaz represents financial institutions, public companies, and individuals in white collar defense and cross-border internal investigations, as well as disputes involving securities law and complex commercial matters. He also maintains an active pro bono practice focused on immigration and domestic violence matters.

Mr. Diaz previously served as a law clerk to Judge Esther Salas of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.

While in law school, Mr. Diaz was a clinical student at Seton Hall Law School’s Impact Litigation Clinic where he represented indigent clients bringing appeals in matters regarding constitutional rights, immigration law, and criminal procedure. He briefed and argued an appeal before the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
