Leah Segall is an associate in the Chicago office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Tax Department.

Ms. Segall's practice focuses on employee benefits and executive compensation matters.

Ms. Segall’s experience includes advising public and private companies and private equity funds with respect to executive compensation and employee benefits issues arising in corporate mergers, takeovers, sales, initial public offerings, and other corporate transactions, negotiating and drafting employment and separation agreements, and designing and implementing equity and non-equity incentive compensation plans and arrangements. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Segall worked in investment banking.
