Lavinia Mukomilow is an associate in the Düsseldorf office and a member of the firm’s Global Antitrust & Competition Practice.

She advises clients on all areas of European and German competition law. In particular, Ms. Mukomilow assists clients with merger control, cartel defense, and abuse of dominance matters, as well as complex antitrust litigation, including civil damages actions.

Prior to joining Latham, Ms. Mukomilow worked as an associate for another international law firm in the antitrust & foreign investment department and gained experience as a legal trainee in the Directorate-General for Competition of the European Commission.

Ms. Mukomilow serves as a Global Leader of the firm’s Women Lawyers Group.
